CREATING YOUR OWN MAGNETIC VORTEX
Today we have a magnetic movement exercise (just 3-4 minutes long; don't worry)!
It's the First Rite from the Tibetan Rites of Rejuvenation and it's important in creating your very own Vortex - emBODYed. Meaning when we're in the body, we can ground the energy and therefore manifest the effects in this realm.
As we spin, we create our very own personal vortex, and we are fueling ourselves from the inside out. Because we can't authentically and fully GIVE when we haven't allowed ourselves to receive, to build up our own energy fields, to create that energetic possibility for the attraction of all our goals and dreams.
Go as slow or as quickly as you need to - and intuitively notice when it's time for YOU to stop. You can implement anywhere from 3-21 repetitions, but MORE IS NOT BETTER! It's a seemingly simple exercise that is extremely powerful, so listen closely to YOU so as not to overwhelm your system!
And most importantly, have FUN! :)
